We evaluate how you think through a problem, not whether you memorized the answer. Real data, real logs, a real investigation.

AI is expected, not cheating

Think out loud with the AI teammate. It won't hand you answers. How you reason with it is what shines, and the screen always shows you that the conversation is part of the evidence.

You get the reasoning back

After you submit, you receive the assessment's reasoning about you: cited moments, strengths, the recommendation. Transparency is the default, both directions.

The dignity line

We evaluate what you consciously produce. Never how you type, look, or sound.

What we never do

  • No proctoring, webcam, or facial analysis
  • No keystroke or paste logging
  • No timers. Speed is never a signal
  • No hidden evaluation. If something is assessed, the screen says so

What you always get

  • Your own account, protected with MFA
  • A visible notice while you work with the AI teammate: the conversation is part of the evidence, and you can see that it is
  • The reasoning about you after every assessment. Not a score, the reasoning
  • Deletion on request: your data, removed completely from TalentOS
